🐺 Ktm 1090 Adventure R Problems

TFT problems. I just bought a 1290 sar in NZ, (upgrade from my 2014 triump tiger 800xc with 123000k on it from new all by me) only have 370 k's on it in the last 2 days. You need to take the sensor out of the tank, and sand down the float inside the tube. This is the only way to fix the issue with the gauge reading incorrectly. There are tons of info out there on the issue across all big twins (1290-1090) as well as some video's on youtube on the issue. Took me maybe 20 min max. I kept looking until I found a few videos on YouTube made by a guy in Europe who owns a 1290 Adventure R. He appears to be an experienced rider and has a small offroad track he uses to test his settings. The first video I found were his settings for off road. He explained how his 1290 reacted before and after and why he adjusted what he did. My 890 does this. That's not normal, before digging deeper for problems change the oil, try 300v2 same viscosity and then new spark plugs, fuel filter, oil filters and screens, air filter, and flush the wash the fuel tank.
